David Dukes

David Dukes aims to capture particular forms that he sees whilst also incorporating his imagination to warp the landscapes and themes. Working predominantly on a large scale for the past three years has allowed him to explore using whole body movements and aspects of Laban theory to express how he is feeling at a particular time. Consequently David’s work has a certain impulsiveness and a reliance on instinct rather than planning a piece beforehand.
