Leave a Legacy
Leaving a gift in your Will to the Royal Drawing School will help to ensure we can continue to run our programmes for aspiring artists, creatives and designers of all ages and abilities for generations to come.
Since the School was founded by HM The King Charles III, and artist, Catherine Goodman, almost 25 years ago, we have steadily grown and expanded our courses both in-person and online. We now reach students from all over the world and maintain our mission to teach drawing to everyone regardless of circumstance by offering extensive student scholarships, bursaries and concessions.
The School has nurtured the careers of countless artists and creative professionals by providing artist residencies, profile-building exhibitions and introductions to collectors, gallerists and industry professionals. Our teacher-training course offers students a gateway to work, providing experience and an income stream whilst graduates establish their careers.
We receive no public or government funding and can only continue to operate through donations from individuals, trusts and foundations. Pledging a legacy gift of any size, even 1% of your estate, will have a great impact on the future of the School; safeguarding our programmes for the creatives of the future.

The most outstanding thing about the course might be the quality of the teaching. Engaging with truly passionate educators who are active in their own art practices has allowed me to envision myself as an artist, and not just a student.Dexter Orszagh Drawing Year 2021
