Joanna Gray

Jo studied History of Art at Edinburgh and interned at the Fruitmarket Gallery and the City Art Centre whilst studying.  After graduation Jo moved to China to teach English to students in Jiangxi Province and completed almost a year overseas by travelling throughout China and South-East Asia. On returning to Scotland Jo applied for a scholarship to study as a post-graduate in Art Business with Sotheby’s Institute of Art, London and has lived and worked in the city ever since. Before starting at the Royal Drawing School, Jo worked for a Mayfair dealer selling Modern and Contemporary drawings, prints and sculptures, exhibiting at international fairs in London, Europe and the United States.
