Biography

Francisca Pinto was born in 1995 in Vila do Conde, Portugal and a graduated in Fine Arts (Painting) from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Lisbon. Pinto went on to live and work in Leeds, where she studied at University of Leeds, in 2016. Recent exhibitions include Open Call, Delphian Gallery, London (2019); Verao Danado, Faro (2018); Quarto room.fourth, Lisbon (2017); A Dispensa, Lisbon (2017) and Prémio Paula Rego, Cascais (2016).  Pinto was artist in residence at CEAC in Vila Nova da Barquinha in 2018. Has work has been published in dose.pt, in paper and web edition.
