Biography
Oona Leganovic tried hard to avoid being an artist. After graduating with an MA in History of Science, she succumbed and started living from her drawings. A body of 300 drawings of her kitchen table was the result of deepening her practice in private. Some of these works have been exhibited this year at the Royal Watercolour Society Contemporary Watercolour exhibition, the Lynn Painters-Stainers exhibition, and the Sunday Times Watercolour exhibition. During The Drawing Year, she has focused on human bodies, their structure, form, portrayal, and meaning.
