Biography

Stefan Tiburcio graduated from Falmouth University with a BA in Drawing before joining The Drawing Year. He is interested in the simple moments experienced within day-to-day activities. Observational studies and drawing at The National Gallery have become an important part of exploring the interrelationship of compositional structure, rhythms and space, influencing both his static and animated work.
