CRM Communications Manager (Maternity Cover)
Reporting to: Head of Marketing
Contract: Fixed Term / 3-4 days per week 9.30– 6pm
Location: Based at the Royal Drawing School, Charlotte Road, London, EC2A 3SG and optional hybrid home-working in line with School’s Flexible Working Policy, and other London venues as required
The Royal Drawing School, an independent, not-for-profit charity, aims to raise the standard and profile of drawing through teaching and practise. This prestigious School is regarded as the world's leading institution in drawing, offering in-depth quality tuition for adults and children of all ages and abilities. Founded in 2000 by HM King Charles III (then the HRH the Prince of Wales), it now teaches over 3000 students a week in its studios in London, on international residencies and digitally in over 25 countries.
The Royal Drawing School’s marketing team are looking for experienced CRM Communications Manager to support them with their digital transformation. This fixed term contract role will be involved in the launch of a new website, the integration of a new CRM platform, and development and implementation of an E-CRM strategy.
The role will focus primarily on delivering CRM strategy and E-crm activities (60%). The remaining time will focus on copywriting for the website and marketing materials (30%), and community outreach (10%) to support new student acquisition.
