Biography
Amanda Palmer studied Fine Art at De Montfort University in Leicester in 2001. Her interest in drawing intensified whilst teaching life drawing at the London College of Fashion and completing a PGCE in Post Compulsory Education in 2006. She went on to complete The Drawing Year at The Prince's Drawing School (now the Royal Drawing School) in 2008. Palmer has shown work in London and across the UK. She currently creates work for private collections and exhibitions from her studio in Essex. Through drawing Palmer aims to resolve a cognitive dissonance between science and religion.
