Alina Dieth

Alina Dieth studied at Camberwell College of Art (UAL) before joining The Drawing Year. Her practice explores moments of tenderness and care in a fleeting and desperately fast-moving world. Drawing from personal experience and memory, her work is charged with an array of psychological states, rendering every subject as a portrait in itself, and without hierarchical order. Her images invite the viewer to reflect on their own experiences and cogitate their perception and stance to anything they surround themselves with; opening a window into the conscious observation and contemplation of deep care, love and loss.
