Biography

Isla Jones (b. 1997, Northumberland) is a London-based artist who works with drawing, painting, and printmaking. Prior to The Drawing Year, she graduated with a BA in Fine Art from Kingston University in 2019 and from the Royal College of Art with an MA in Print in 2023. Her work exists somewhere between fiction and reality, taking reference from traditional folklore, as well as stories that emerge from personal experiences and collective imaginings.
