Biography
Jemima Carter-Lewis previously studied at Glasgow School of Art and Motley Theatre Design School. Over the course of The Drawing Year she has made a strong connection with drawing from the figure. She is interested in exploring human relationships through developing life drawings combined with her own memories into the medium of wax sculptures. She then records these ephemeral forms as drawings, both as a record and as a means of enforcing the emotional response to the first observed experience.
