Biography
Over the past decade I have combined art making with teaching, writing and curatorial projects. Now, however, I am focusing on studio practice with drawing as the foundation of my work. I tend to work in series - landscape, particularly water, mountains and trees, 'deep time' expressed in meteors and asteroid bodies or specific geological configurations, for example, Iceland. Currently, my work derives from architecture, specifically, the Wittgenstein House in Vienna.
