Biography

Laura Kate Sutton graduated with a BA from Chelsea College of Arts before studying at the Royal Drawing School. Her work previously focused on installations and fictional exhibitions that displayed humorous, existential narratives relating to the human condition. Since finishing her degree, drawing has become a focus in her practice as a tool to navigate her narratives and anxieties. Her drawings playfully focus on inescapable duration, alienation and societal obsession with youth.
