Biography
Madeleine (Dilly) Boase studied Embroidery and Fine Art before attending The Drawing Year at The Prince's Drawing School (now the Royal Drawing School) in 2012. Her work is currently exhibited as part of the Nunhead Art Trail, and she works in her studio in Nunhead, South London. Dilly divides her creative time between imaginative/diary drawing, painting a la prima in oils in her local parks, and sketching from the collections of London’s museums and galleries. She is a devotee of new-wave Graphic Novels, for gaining inspiration as she works on her own diary-style picture series.
