Marco Robert Godfrey Allegretti

Biography

Marco Robert Godfrey Allegretti studied at the Slade School of Fine Art, UCL, and the University of Oxford. He often works on painting to explore the interplay of colour, light, movement, texture, and memory, creating enigmatic works whose surface and irregularities form through an interplay of control and surrender. Blending the tactile with the intangible, his practice explores the rhythms of the natural world through a dynamic interplay of figuration and abstraction.
