Mark Moynihan

Biography

Mark is one of life's people pleasers and believes the roots of his behaviour stem from early childhood. To live an authentic life doesn't come easy for such people.

Drawing and mental health often go hand in hand for him as it gives him a way to take stock of early influences and a means to not only work himself out but also others that surround him.

He is now a retired mechanic and sees the ageing process far from being an inevitable trajectory of decline but a time to figure out what is important.
