Biography

Miles Thistlethwaite was self-educated as a draughtsman, printmaker and painter before joining The Drawing Year at The Prince's Drawing School (now the Royal Drawing School). Japanese, American and European prints set him off as a child. Illustrating children’s and other books taught him some skills in his teens. Linocuts, drawings and watercolours followed. Miles' last exhibition was at Abbot & Holder. He loves drawing, which he teaches from time to time.
