Nhatt Nichols

Biography

Nhatt Nichols was a self-taught artist before graduating from The Drawing Year at The Prince's Drawing School (now the Royal Drawing School) in 2011. Raised in rural Washington state to survivalist parents, she spent time living and drawing all over the world before applying to The Drawing Year. Nhatt primarily shows work in the UK and America, and won 3rd prize at the 2013 Rootstein Hopkins Drawing Prize. She is currently apprenticing at Haven Press in New York City, and splits her time between New York, Martha's Vineyard and the Pacific Northwest.
