Biography
Working in egg tempera and oil, Oliver makes slowly constructed still life paintings that re-configures the known everyday world into reimagined visions of structure and harmony.
Oliver Mulvihill (b. London, 1989) graduated from the University of Brighton, after which he went on to study at the Royal Drawing School and the Turps Painting Programme. He has been awarded artist-in-residence at ESMoA Gallery, Los Angeles (2016) and a residency to Cyprus College of Art (2021). He was selected for FBA Futures (2020) and has work in many private and public collections. He lives and works in London.
