Pippa Smith

Pippa is an architect and artist, trained in Edinburgh, UCL and Bristol. Her Doha drawing residency was published in 'Drawing From Msheireb' (2012); she now works between London and Oxfordshire.

Biography

Pippa is a practicing artist and architect. She trained as an architect at Edinburgh University and University College London, and did an art foundation year at The University of the West of England. In 2010 Pippa took part in a drawing residency documenting the changing city in Doha, Qatar. The work produced was published by Bloomsbury Qatar in a book entitled ‘Drawing From Msheireb’ in 2012. Pippa has exhibited drawings in several galleries in London since completing The Drawing Year. She divides her time between developing her artwork in London where she lives, and working part time as an architect in Oxfordshire.
