Tara Versey

Biography

Tara Versey was born in London, where she now works as a painter, printmaker and maker. With a BA in Fine Art and additional training through the Royal Drawing School, she approaches her work through the foundational lens of drawing and an interest in human experience.  

Her work has been exhibited in England and Europe, and is held in private collections.

Awards received include the Richard Ford Award, and a Rome Scholarship from the Royal Society of British Artists. Notable commissions have also provided fresh perspectives that inform and enrich her personal practice. 

Tara maintains an active studio practice centered on artistic exploration, whilst also working as a member of the senior faculty at the Royal Drawing School.
