Xenie Poldaufova

Biography

Xenie Poldaufova (b. 1993) is a figurative artist based in Prague, Czechia. She completed the Drawing Year in 2015, and in 2019 she received her MA from the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague. Xenie loves drawing and admires its strength of expression, though recently she has tended to use it primarily for observational study and developing compositions of paintings. Her paintings explore various themes around human thoughts and feelings, and she often tries to pictorially include the viewer in her work.
