Young Associates: Ashmolean Museum, Oxford Aged 15 - 18
Delivered by professional artists, this is a course for school students who want to develop and expand their fine art practice through drawing from observation. Progressing through a series of rigorous drawing classes, students will develop their ability to control a range of materials and to sustain focussed concentration. Drawing from the diverse collections of the Ashmolean Museum, a life model and the local area, they will build up a body of skilled work which will both enhance their grades at GCSE or A level and contribute to a portfolio of skilled work.
Please note: This course runs for 10 sessions with no session in the Half term break on 28 May
