You must submit this form to be considered for Summer Term courses in 2026. 

Please note, places are allocated on a first come, first serve basis. Please note, we cannot guarantee that you will be given a scholarship place. 

When listing your Young Artists course selections, please number your selections in order of preference. 1 being your first choice, 2 being your second choice, and 3 being your third choice.
