Join us for a special evening life drawing session streamed live from the Royal Drawing School’s major exhibition marking its 25th anniversary – The Power of Drawing. This free exhibition highlights the central role of drawing across creative disciplines including fine art, performance, film, architecture, illustration, and design—with drawings by 25 leading artists and creatives such as David Hockney, Antony Gormley, Cornelia Parker, Tracey Emin, Rufus Wainwright, Tim Burton, Rachel Jones, and Norman Foster. The exhibition also features drawings by 25 alumni and our Founding Royal Patron, His Majesty King Charles III.

Guided by two experienced tutors and working from a live model, students will have a rare opportunity to draw directly in response to the renowned artists and creative figures in the exhibition, exploring a diverse range of approaches, styles and practices. This session invites participants to consider the many ways drawing continues to shape creative thinking and making today.

We invite participants to come and visit the exhibition.  The Power of Drawing: Marking 25 Years of the Royal Drawing School runs from 1-26 July, 2025.

Free entry, booking required.
