On the first Thursday of every month, the Royal Drawing School opens its doors for a free drawing session, open to all levels of experience.
Each month offers something different: drawing from a clothed or unclothed model in our Shoreditch studio, sketching the energy of London’s streets, or exploring our latest exhibition with the opportunity to meet artists and curators.
This month's session will be out of house with tutor Michael Chance. You will meet the tutor at the School and explore the local area together. Please present your booking confirmation at the door.
Arrival from 6.15pm for a 6.30pm start
Places are free but limited to 20, with booking opening at 11am on the day
You will need to bring your own sketchbook and drawing materials as it is an out of house session. Newsprint and some drawing boards will be available to borrow from the School. Don't forget to pick it up before you head out for the class and return the boards at the end of the session.
Please dress for the weather, whether it is cold, wet or bright, as we will be drawing outdoors.
