Scope of the policy

Who is covered?

This policy applies to all employees, consultants, contractors, agency workers, students, staff, and all activities undertaken by or on behalf of the School.

Who can place reliance on this policy? 

Any person or entity affected by the School, including anyone acting for or on their behalf may make a complaint or raise a concern. 

What issues can be raised? 

This policy covers complaints relating to a multitude of issues, from poor service and low standards to the attitudes of staff.
