Overview
Autumn term courses open for booking on Wednesday 30 July at midday. Subscribe to the Young Artists newsletter to be notified when courses open for booking.
Students develop core skills in line, tone, shape, form, perspective, proportion, and colour. Sessions include drawing from clothed models, still-life setups, artworks, film, imagination.
Students explore a range of materials and are encouraged to grow their observational skills and artistic voice.
Classes take place in the Royal Drawing School’s fourth-floor studio in Shoreditch, and occasionally they will take place outdoors.
Who is it for
Students aged 10–14 (school years 5–9) with a passion for drawing and a desire to develop their skills.
