Promoter

Eligibility
Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter are not eligible.
Entry
No purchase or payment is required. Only one entry per person is permitted.
Prizes
1 winner will be selected for:
- One place on the Royal Drawing School’s one-week online holiday course (worth £440)
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winner selection & notification
One winner will be selected at random after the giveaway closes. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter may select an alternative winner.
Publicity
By entering, the winner consents to their name and entry being used for promotional purposes by the Promoter.
No Cash Alternative
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
Data Protection
Personal data submitted for this giveaway will be processed in line with the Royal Drawing School’s privacy policy. Entrants may opt in separately to receive marketing communications from the Royal Drawing School. Opting in is voluntary, and personal data will only be used for marketing if consent is given. Entrants have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data by contacting the promoter.
Limitation of Liability
The Promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries, or for any damage, loss, or injury arising from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.

Entries close 30 June 2026 at 12pm BST. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
